    On July 17th, 2024 I signed up with this company to receive at least 40 leads per month for my ************ business and paid him $2000. *************************** was the person that signed me up and guaranteed to provide me with *************************************************************** my area. He said that it would take a few weeks to receive the first lead from him and that my service would start on the day he sent the first lead. I received my first lead on August 5th so my billing should have started on that date however I was billed on July 17th. Also on July 30th I received this message from him: I wanted to inform you that I will be out of the office from August 9th to August 26th for my wedding and honeymoon. All totaled I received 7 leads before he left town. Out of those 7 leads I gave 2 estimates for tree removal service and neither of those went ahead with a job. On August 17th my credit card was billed for another month of his service for $2000.This service he provided me never came close to what he promised. I should never have been billed for an additional month until at least September 5th and in addition he shut down my service while he was on his honeymoon because he needed to set up an auto dial for my business due to the program he was running. So while it shut down I still was paying for the service with no leads coming in.
