    My girlfriend and I applied to rent an apartment at the Vistas of ******** letting them know that although they had a two pet limit, we had two cats and to registered service dogs. We were then told that they would get back to us about the pets and wouldnt proceed to anything else until than. Our application was immediately denied and we werent told why leaving me to believe they illegally denied us due to the service dogs. I was also told that if I put $500 down, that would take the house off the market until we found out if we were approved or denied and that if we were denied, that money would be returned in 5-7 business days. It had now been 2 weeks and I have yet to receive the money or any other word on said refund.

    HI, The application was not approved due to other factors, as opposed to the claim being presented. We had email correspondence with the applicant explaining the reasons why it wasn't approved. The refund request was sent to the payment processing immediately following the denial, we then followed up with the payment processing team at a later date inquiring the status of the refund..the applicant received the refund shortly after the second request. Thanks
