    At first this company was great. They handled complaints quickly and did their job. Now something has changed. They either send unqualified workers or make a disaster worse. I believe there must be a management change or they simply do not care about their customers or are saving the expenses of performing their job. So much for their contract being binding. I wish someone would file a class action lawsuit to wake them up.

    had in network repair done on 3.27.24 and STILL going back and forth for a reimbursement and it is mid-May. Given the run around. Countless calls, TERRIBLE customer service, you will be on the phone with them and reassured that things are processing and then get an email you cant reply to saying it was declined. Company is an absolute scam and a NIGHTMARE to work with.

    Very disappointing the plumber they hired couldnt even unclog a kitchen drain They denied my claim because my plumbing under my sink was done wrong!

    This is a scam Ive been with this people over 2 years and never had to use them but twice for a plumbing repair that I couldve done myself but when I needed them for my a/c repair all of a sudden they dont have as my contractors in my network please be aware of these people
