    On April 11, I ordered an 8 set dvd of The Tripods tv series for $37.98. On April 19, I received two emails saying the item had been shipped. I never received the item. On May 01, I sent two emails to them (********************* * **********************) asking them if they could help provide information on what was going on with my order. I told them that a tracking number was created in the April 19 email from them....but that when I looked at the tracking information, all it said was that a shipping label had been created. Nothing further. On May 04, I sent a third email to their business email address saying I had not heard anything from them at all. I have not heard from this email either. Upon looking at reviews of this company, I find many complaints about their services over the last 2 years. However, some of their earlier reviews suggest the company started out by trying to help customers.....but in recent years, it begins to look like they are no longer helping customers by either taking their money and sending no product.....or sending customers an inferior product instead of a top quality product. At the simplest level of what I want from this company is either a superior product or a refund - as I now am beginning to believe that they may have taken my money and run. I think I shall choose a refund - as I don't believe I would receive a superior product. At the most, I would for this company to become more responsive to its customers....or else face legal punishment. Thank you and I look forward to your reply.

    I ended up having to go to Boston for the week because my mother was in the hospital.

    Just letting you know what’s going on and don’t worry it will be there on Thursday. Here is the tracking number as well.

    I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID ********, and find that this resolution is satisfactory to me.
    I am very sorry that I  lost faith in your abilities to deliver your product.  I hope that your family members receive a speedy recovery.  I hope you will understand my concerns when I  began to doubt your good faith from having not received any replies from you and then reading all the bad press said about you.....I  became fearful .  Please accept my apologies and please try your best to communicate with your customers in the future so as to avoid mishaps like this and hopefully regain your standing with your customer base.  Thank you once again.

    I ordered a movie 8/2/24. I had not heard anything about my order being shipped. I sent a email on8/6/24 and received a email that said they were working on shipping. I send another email on 8/12/24 stating cancel my order and I would like a refund. No reply
