      I do not recommend this company at all! We were a longtime customer of ********************** and very satisfied with their services. Once they merged with Bovio, they completely changed as a company and it became all about how much they could sell you, regardless of whether you truly needed the service/parts or not. Do not use this company as there are many other service providers that are better, honest and reputable.

      My Heater broke about 2 weeks ago called them and they sent out a repairman ******, who was on time and found that my Jets were cracked and could not be repaired or replaced the heater is almost 20 yrs Old. Long story ***************** the salesperson came out and got rebates etc and they came and installed new heat and air unit also was freezing cold and snowing they brought me over space heaters The installers were great and they cleaned up inside and out /. I coiuld not be happier with this company Thank you to all.************

      My February 2023 letter to ************************************************ Never got an answer.Dear Mr. ***************************** technician got me!1. In bathroom #1 one of the screws holding the tank was leaking. 2. In bathroom #2we needed a new flush valve ballcock and to find out why water was dripping from the input pipe/valve.To price the job your technician used his tablet and came back with +-$690. He said there was nothing he could do about the pricing as it is dictated entirely by your computer pricing program. Needless to say, we were in a fix - no idea as to how long this would take nor what needed to be done. Being 79 my wife didnt want me lifting 2 tanks. In bathroom #1 - I did not place the tank into the bowl correctly which caused the leak. In bathroom #2 - he fixed the leak by merely tightening the bolt on the on/off valve. He also installed the ballcock. In total he spent less than 1 hours at our home.Subsequently I received your invoice which noted one task, i.e., T125716 Misc. Non-Specific Repair Level 3. Next to it was a comment that said Sometimes we come across a labor-only task that doesnt have its own repair in the system." An apology for the price? The price of the task was not in the system? I feel that your technician lied when he said he had no input into the pricing. Do you feel the effort that was done was worth $293 or, do you think you owe us a credit?*******************************

      Had a full **** and water heater installed 2 years ago (6/25/20). Paid $13,400 dollars for a 2 stage ****. Ive had to call this company back twice since for them to fix or reset or replace something on the system, and each time I call them they want to charge me a service fee to fix a faulty system - I paid so much money for to have the crappie system installedFast forward to today 9/7/22, I called them and told them that I see black specs or black particles in my hot water, told them another technician called the Tech Support on the water heater and they told the technician that this anorod needs to be replaced.. So I called Bovio and Rubino to confirm if the device is still under warranty and they said yes, but I have to pay a dispatch charge and pay for the plumbers time. This is ABSURD!! .. This is bad business! I can understand charging those fees if it something other than the **** system needs to be repaired, but the device is covered under the warranty and the thing was just installed 2 years ago!!How else am I going to get this fixed if a plumber or technician doesnt install it?! This should be covered at No Charge since it was installed just 2 years ago and for the amount of money I paid!!.. Not to mention I started see this issue last year and called them and they told me I needed get it flushed - and of course - that would be a charge! The water I had prior to this new, I never had to get it flushed and I had that water heater for 10 years! .. I am posting this complaint because I want my water heater fixed - and I want people to know that this business is all out for money and doesnt care about giving Good Service or Business to the customer. I would never refer anyone to business!!.. They deserve zero stars!
