      On March 14, 2024 I ordered parts for a specific transmission from this company that stated the parts were available or available after a short period of time. I placed two seperate orders for a total of $396.30. My order numbers are ****** and ******. I have called this company many times and have left multiple voicemails checking on order status. The company has failed to return phone calls pertaining to the status of parts or a refund of my money. At this point I would like to get my money back for my order and source these parts from another company

      I ordered a part on 10/23/24 to be delivered before 10/30/24. Immediate email confirmation of transaction and payment taken from credit card. No further info provided by company. I called three times - only possibility is to leave a voicemail. No return call, no email response. Impossible to log on to see order status. No communication from company. I am disputing credit card charge. WILL NEVER ORDER FROM THEM AGAIN AND WANT TO WARN OTHERS. Thank you for visible complaints that were the same as mine. Company is a scam. All parties should be arrested and prosecuted.

      I made a purchase from this company and they have failed to deliver the parts and I have not been able to contact them since they got my money, they will not return calls. I just want a refund. I have since went online and checked with BBB and it looks like this is a pattern for this company.

      I purchase a part for my transmission and it didn't work so I sent part back for refund my refund pose to been here October 16th have tried calling them also been emailing them still no response. They text me said that part I sent them was used .well I told them that part was the one they sent me.if that was not their part why they have not returned it to my address.
