My parents, ****** and ***************************, went into assisted living in March. They are 86 and no longer driving. I am helping with their bills. I received a notice about *** renewal and wrote cancel and mailed it back. I did not send in payment. On the May ****** Card bill I saw a charge for $128 for ***. I called today to cancel the *** account (since they are no longer driving) and request a refund. First I was told yes, but then the phone got disconnected and I had to call back. When i called back they said no. I am fine with the bill being prorated for the month of June 2023 (The renewal is for June 1 2023 to June 1 ****.) I asked to speak to a supervisor and the supervisor also said no. My elderly parents are being charged for 11+ months of a service that they cannot use. I would like them to receive a prorated refund to their credit card.*** said to ask our CC company to dispute it, which I will also do.

I placed a call with AAA Mid-Atlantic for a battery charge (I hope; Im still waiting while sending this complaint @ 2:57p) I initially called at 11:55a (occurring to theyre log) but I called at 11:49a. I explained my location and was told someone will be out between now (11:55a and 1:10p). I became concerned at 1:43p that Im still waiting and whats going on. They - mid-Atlantic confirmed my call and transferred me to South Jersey club to find out eta. Well they - south Jersey NEVER received my initial ******** had to start o we again at 2:16p. I was given a confirmation again and was told I would need to wait another hour or more. I tried calling Mid-Atlantic to find out what happened but only to be transferred back to South Jersey. I asked South Jersey to please send me to Mid-Atlantic so I can speak to a supervisor, her name *******. She couldnt help nor explain why my initial call didnt get sent before. I had to call Mid-Atlantic again (5xs now) to speak to a supervisor. Guess what; I heard someone say they will start a complaint with a club 2 and then I was surprisingly dropped from the call! WOW AAA WOW! They text me now stating the driver will be here at 3:22p WOW! Still no answer as to what the h*** happened. Im setting here at the post office waiting since 11:49a. Its sad to know youll be waiting for AAA just to start your request to get help. Please anyone needing to call them gather names numbers (confirmation and all) confirm they called all parties- speak to all parties. I hope they wont charge me for this battery I purchased in 2021. I hope they wont. Why is this battery dead anyway AAA. Im not buying another.

I am a paying member of AAA (membership # ****************) and have been so for decades. Despite this AAA is refusing to tow my disabled vehicle because they said it "might be stolen" even though I have a photo driver's license, registration for the car and valid insurance card all in my name, the same name on this complaint and the same name on my AAA membership card. I have called them several times and get a run around with no meaningful result every time. I tried submitting a written complaint via their email address posted online for complaints ****************** three times with no response from them.
