    I received by an individual a summons with no court date and it said it was delivered by a Sheriff. Not true. They said they contacted me before. Another lie. There is a seal that is not legit stating from the local courthouse. It is not even a legit seal and no court dates and I do NOT owe no such amount to anybody. It’s all lies and you had better get this fixed or I will hire a lawyer to pursue your lies, CKS Prime Investments and get this nonsense off my credit.

    I have an over 20k claim from this company on my credit report and have never done business with them. No clue how to contact them or get this off my credit report

    Beginning to get emails from.this place. I have no darn clue what it is or how I'm in communication on some debt. Even worse I've been disabled since 2020 and it's telling me I have a debt from a credit card and started on 2022. I have NO INCOME. Still fighting with social security on that. Now, I'm being told I have some credit card I never knew about and I'm supposed to talk to some place who bought it? What is wrong with this world This is just crule that anybody can do whatever to everyone!

    I have never done business with CKS PRIME INVESTMENTS yet they are on my credit report. . They call and leave messages when I try to return calls they are not valid .please have this removed.

    This company is showing on my credit report. They claim they bought the loan from original company, security finance. I talked with the headquarters from ******************* They said my loan has been paid off for several years and they dont sell their loans for collections. When I was able to get a hold of cks, after 6 different numbers, all they where interested in was selling me on how to take care of my credit report and not removing the negative item. The company was eager to sell rather then correct the mistake. This is horrible. The credit bureau has steps to protect this fraud company rather then the responsible consumer. A item can get added in minutes and will takes months to remove the false claim. SMH !!

    They are not who they say they are. Was very misleading. I tried to pay a credit card debt that had been turned over to see cast from investments, and when I called and gave them every bit of information they needed, including my social security number, they then try to sell me On improving my credit score and paying them $278 to begin the program. Now I am concerned they have all of my information and what they may do with it. They are a slick for sure.

    cks prime investment Llc -they would call me all the time and make threats and never leave a valid phone number to call them back so now they are suing me- so i called there lawyers office to settle out of **urt and they want the full amount now or a ridiculous amount for 6 months .I **uld only afford $50.00 a month but they refuse that amount -I am barely making it each month...They are horrible people and the debt- they bought it from a bank card ** ....awful **mpany to do any business with !

    CKS PRIME is the biggest fraudulent LIERS. I settled a debt to their offer amount. To all 3 credit bureaus theyre still reporting a balance. They claim it takes ***** days to show settled HOWEVER they had no problem updating the balance difference. Any other debts I settled were removed immediately. They arent following fair credit bureau acts whatsoever.
