    My wife and I have been under yearly service contracts with NJR going on 9 years. It covers our hvac and hot water heater. The contract includes a yearly inspection for the A/C system and another yearly inspection for the heating system. Over the years we have tried to schedule an appointment only to be told they are not scheduling appointments and there is no set date on when you can call for an appointment. Today a representatives gave an approximate date when to call back. There have been times in the past I have called back and have been told the calendar is full and they are not scheduling anymore appointments. The company needs to do a better job.

    Worst Expierence since water heater has been replaced by NJR in 08/2023.Problem with recirculating pump hence it is taking long time for hot water to reach 2nd floor bathroom and making lot of rustling noise.Agreed to pay and replace recirculating pump but somehow job not done despite of 2 visits in house with appointment to change pump.At 1 appointment plumber said whole pipe line has to be changed !!!..it was just installed 8 months back ???I am unable to understand problem and why they can not fix it !!!

    A contract with NJR Home Services is worth every ***** of the cost, just for the piece of mind! This morning I awoke to no hot water! I called NJR at about 10:30 am and they quickly scheduled me for the next day ( a Sunday ) which I thought was great. About an hour later they called me to say that they could come today, within an hour! The tech was great, quickly did the job then did a complete check of my hot water heater and changed some parts that were aging! All of this for no out of pocket cost, NONE!
