    Extremely poor communication practices, including a website which indicates they do pool liner replacements but hide the fact that they don't purchase the liner. Come to find out we can't get the liner in time.They also want 50% up front? for a job that they only need to gather goods of around 200? I won't make that mistake again. I understand that if they needed that to buy the goods but we were the ones who needed to procure the liner which is the largest and most expensive piece of the whole job.So why not just refund and we can discuss it later, considering no one has spent money on this project yet? ****, outright refused even though we cancelled after 3 business days of finally getting a date on the books of when the contract was to be executed. I made it very clear I wanted a refund and instead was told I was "confused" in an email. The most unprofessional experience with a contractor to date. Many other contractors I've dealt with in the past have in good faith returned the deposit since they had not really done anything yet.They "proposed" we "save" the deposit and continue this next year? Why would I to continue? There has been zero good will from this company.
