    Ordered a set of guides back in March and as of November have yet to receive the guides despite being charged. I actually spoke twice on the phone with ***** the owner. We agreed on changing the guides to a different set. Still no delivery. Ive phoned dozens of times and now there is no answer at all. At this point he can keep the guides I just want a refund. BRC Rods has non existent customer service. And as far as I can see conducts unethical business practices. A horrendous experience

    Ordered a set of guides for Christmas and was charged for the product, but the item never shipped and all calls and emails were never answered about getting my order or refunding me for my order that I never received.

    On July 12, I placed an order for two fly rod parts. My credit card was debited $54.13 two days later for the order; however, as of today (well over two months later) I have not received these parts. I have reached out to BRC Rods by email and phone multiples times with no response.
