    Hello!I am filing Complaint against NYBOX.com. It is a mail forwarding company, who handles customer's mail and products and ship to their address overseas.I am ***************************, Residing in PA and now days in ******** on UN project.I have some Banks documents which is mailed to address and also I ordered a laptop from DELL.com before some days and ship to address which provides by NYBOX.When laptop arrives to address and then i contact to NYBOX and ask about my other letters, they said you have to pay for premium membership in order to receive letters, so i purchase membership worth of 45$.after purchase i get email from NYBOX in which they said that Debit card is not matched with shipping country and they ask me to send ID and Debit card used for purchase.I sent them all required and also said that i can arrange payment from ********.Now its been up to 5 days, i didn't get any response from NYBOX. I have sent many emails but they didn't respond. so I contact them thru live chat. First the support member said you will be contacted by Manager on 11 am, but after 11 am, i again contact them thru live chat and they ask they need more time and also they said they will return laptop to sender.If they send laptop to send then I have to pay shipping charges again to DELL.com and also it will takes about ***** days. They already wasted my time. My attorney advice me to complaint on BBB as i am not in US now days and can't initiate court proceeding.Its my humble request to you please take some action on them and advice them to ship my laptop and bank's documents to me ASAP.

    We received the clients complaint. Due to security, we requested the client to provide documentation to verify that the credit card they used to complete transactions. The client registered for an account by providing their name/address as shown below. *************************** C/o Muneeb ************************* Near ******************* ************, ***** ******** However, the credit card they used to process payments was issued in *****************. This resulted in the account being flagged for verification as it could potentially be fraudulent. We requested some documentation which the client provided. The account remained on hold as we reviewed and verified the information. Once the verification was completed, we shipped the box with DHL (as per their request) to ********. The shipment was sent under DHL tracking # ********** on March 28.
