    My husband, ***** and my daugher, **** 15years old were driving on a major highway in ** going to a soccer tournament. My daughter was sitting in the passenger seat while my husband was driving. The incident happened on 3/25/22 around 2pm. A huge rock came off this company's truck and hit my passenger mirror and broke it and bounced off and hit the hood which left a huge gash. My husband was beeping at the driver and my daughter was trying to get his attention to pull over. He saw them and just continued to drive faster and not stop. My husband called state police and they said as long as no one was hurt there's not much they can do, just contact their insurance. My daughter was able to take pics of the license plate and truck information. They called me immediately and I was able to research their information and sure enough they transport rocks. I got a phone and called the guy and explained what happened. He asked me to send him pics of his truck and the pics of the damages done to my car. He said he was going to have another ***** call me and take care of it. After numerous texts and calls, he kept telling me someone will reach out to me. I even got an estimate from and auto body and sent it to him, but no response. The last I had contact with him, he questioned me and said no one called you back and i said no, he told me to hold on and hung up on me. Since then I can't get in touch with him and no response to any of my texts. I finally contacted my insurance company and sent them the estimate, pics of the damages and his company information. They have been trying to reach him since last week and no response. They ran the plates, but for whatever reason nothing is coming up. They are continuing to try other methods, but they advised me to contact you as well. I would appreciate any help in this matter since it was not our fault.
