    Leave removal was a disaster. Meticulous arrived unannounced on 10/30 and 11/12. ******************, ****** Mgt., nor Meticulous provided a warning of what to expect. My car, house, and open garage was bombarded with dust and debris. I notified the *** and Mgmt after the first incident. Although I expressed my health concerns, they were all silent. We hadnt had rain in nearly 2 months. One can only imagine the particulates present in the dust debris. We are surrounded by *****(natures toilet). The dry conditions coupled with the Meticulous vacuum created dust clouds. Much of what was vacuumed and mulched was blasted through the top of the vacuum! Thick clouds of dust whipped around by the wind resembled a tornado. Ive never witnessed such recklessness launched upon a community. My garage door and car hatch were open during the first launch. The car was a mess as were my window screens and windows. Dust entered my garage, car, eyes, ears, and lungs. The silence is deafening.

    Communication was made to the *** and *********************** concerning this matter. I was led to believe it was relayed to Meticulous. The dust barrage was then again repeated on a very windy day. I havent heard an apology from either of the parties. I am reaching out as I was the victim of your assault. Management couldnt care less. If youre concerned, photos and video are available upon request. I will consider your silence an admission of guilt.

    The crew did a marvelous job of removing all the leaves and pine needles from all four sides of our house. This was yesterday, Nov. 14th 2024. We live in a cul de sac, ***************, Heritage point,Barnegat, which is notorious with the wind blowing in every direction and undoing good work done by your crew. In spite of all that and windy and cold conditions your crew took time to METICULOUSLY remove leaves and loads of pine needles hiding all over.Thanks to the crew and the company.~ ****

    Mr. ******* resides in an ************** Notification of the (2) leaf clean services were provided to the community management as required. Meticulous Landscaping, **** is not required to notify individual residents. These leaf clean up services are part of the contractual requirements for the overall ************** *** services are considered production jobs. Residents that reside in these community types should have an understanding of the services that the community requires. All leaf clean up services were completed utilizing industry standard and well maintained equipment. Meticulous Landscaping, **** was not responsible for the drought conditions suffered in ********** this season. But we are still required and expected by the overall resident population to complete this contractual requirement which improves the overall aesthetic appearance of the community. Which is desired by the majority of the residents. The onsite crew was aware of the dry conditions and worked as best they could to minimize dust. In summary proper notification was provided and appropriate services were rendered based the communities' contractual requirements.
