      It's very easy to complain, but I find that this company does an excellent job. They always contact me shortly after I send in a ticket and make repairs promptly. They asked me to make a report and I am happy to do so.****************Yorkshire Apartments

      There aren't enough words to express the dissatisfaction I have with this company and it's refusal to fix machines when broken machines that service multiple buildings with multiple dwellings it is despicable.

      Sorry that this person is not satisfied with our service-which is outstanding! However, since he hasn't let us know where he lives or what laundry room he uses we can't address his concern specifically.       If you had an option for a 0 rating I would give that to them. These people are the worst ever. I have been in my apartment for 12 years and the machines are the same outdated machines as when I moved in. The dryers are constantly breaking down and they take forever and a day to make any repairs. When you complete a service request you are never given your money back that you lost due to broken machines.These machines are in desperate need of being replaced but that doesn't look like it will happen. Instead you have to deal with putting money in a machine and play a guessing game of if your clothes will get dried or not due to lack of heat. They have also changed their online work order request so you cannot leave any comments or tell them how much money you have lost due to broken machines. Right now, because of no heat in the dryers it will cost me many many dollars to dry my towels and bed sheets.

      This is a disturbing complaint to read. I wish the client had given us the apartment complex that is in question. No machines have been out for any length of time anywhere, our website works fine, and we make returns for all machines that malfunctioned. The tenant can call us at any time at **************. We will be happy to meet this person at a laundry room and resolve any issues. We're sorry that it has taken this long for the problem to come to a head. Again, we will be happy to have a technician meet on site with this client.

      They are suppose to maintain the washers and dryers in gilllane apartment community, but is a total failure as an business establishment. 90% of their machines doesnt work and its never serviced. Its a paid service, but its not maintained and the customers are suffering. Worst experience ever.

We respond to all complaints within ****************************************************************************************** the laundry room at a time that is convenient to them to make sure their issues are addressed. These are difficult times, and many people look to relieve their stress by taking unsubstantiated shots at vendors. This appears to be an example of that phenomena. Again, we will meet any client in the room they use and give them all the time they need to make sure that their questions are answered and all issues resolved. That's the way we've done business for 30 years.

      I have filled out endless forms and sent countless emails to fix the issue in my complex. The washers and dryers are constantly broken, and additionally the card machine does not work either. My maintenance office has repetitively told this company to fix this issue, and its full of false promises. On the website its told they would contact you if you were to report an issue within 24 hours and bring an on site technician within 48. I have tried to contact so many times, but I keep facing a brick wall. The only time the company is responsive is on this forum, where people leave bad reviews. I have not been able to talk to a single human being that has the ability to fix this issue. We are not allowed to have washers or dryers in our complex, and on top of that, the service makes it a constant inconvenience to have clean clothes. In my complex, they have been contacted over and over and there has been no solution so far. This type of behavior against tenant is inhumane and neglectful. My complex needs this issue fixed!

      I have been told that I need to contact them through BBB in order to get a response. I have gone back and forth for days. I have repetitively told Top Spin Systems that the cash machine in ****** Terrace, the one near the pool *does not work*! I have told them I am unable to use the app payrange, meaning I am unable to get my laundry cleaned. I am unable to walk to the cash machine in Parkwood Village. They have claimed that the machines are constantly broken due to the tenants, yet the cash machine being broken is not a byproduct of the tenants neglect. Again to repeat * the cash machine in ****** Terrace does not work *. I live in this complex, and I have gone to this machine multiple times within just a matter of weeks, to ultimately get no solution. The technician is not giving equal attention to both neighborhoods, as a big chunk of the appliances in ****** Terrace does not work. To repeat since my emails didnt seem to reiterate it enough: the cash machine in ****** Terrace does not work and I am unable to use PayRange due to personal circumstances. PayRange is not the primary option to fill up your card, the cash machine is. Please get a technician on site within 48 hours as said through your website.
