    on March 15 2024 I went to Ethan Allen to look at living room furniture. I looked at the show room samples and decided on three pieces that I purchased.i was very happy with the color and the quality of the samples on the show room floor. while in the process of doing the paper work she clued me on a warranty that they sold and of course I wanted to protect my new furniture in case of accidents and keep it looking new. ( the order number is (**********) also I financed trough their finance compony. at this point sales lady ( Ellen S. said that it would take up to 16 weeks to come in. I said ok. on June 25 2024 the furniture was delivered and upon inspection I found white spots on one table that looked like the stain did take and gouges in another table, even the delivery person agreed that it could of been stained better. at this point I refused delivery of the furniture. after spending $3,183.80 the furniture should be in perfect shape. before I received the furniture I made four payments totaling up to $532.00. when I called they would not fix or give me my money back. all she could say is this normal distress in the wood. stain missing and gouges in the wood is not distress. by the way the samples did not show white spots or gouges and that's what I expected to receive. I called the bank and they were able to get 2,100. 00 plus change but Ethan Allen wants to charge me $1,061.00 for restocking fees for bad furniture. I'm hoping that you can get this resolved for me.
