    To Whom It May ******** I wish to address a concern about how my property was surveyed and the service that I have received. I contracted V&I Land Surveyors sometime in May of 2023. I had communicated with administrative personnel (female employee) the importance of myself being present during the survey and I requested knowledge of your company's availability to accommodate both parties' schedules. I made it clear that I was unavailable on Tuesdays and Wednesdays but was reassured that I would be notified the day before any crew members would arrive. I am complaining because on Wednesday, June 7th at 9:00 am the survey was completed on my property without any prior notification and my request to be present was forged. When I first learned of this problem, I contacted V&I on Thursday, June 8th with questions and concerns about the backyard survey and received no support or answers. However, I was informed that your company will not answer my questions or return to my home until the balance of $250 is paid. I believe that this response is unfair, and I do not feel comfortable relinquishing more money to your company with my questions and concerns not being addressed. To be clear, I am not asking for the land survey seal property document, I would like to adhere to the agreement walk-through with proper tools and to answer all my questions.My question: What mechanisms were used to mark off the property line?
