    This was the worst car wash I have ever been to. After washing my car at this car wash I got one big scratch and a few small scratches on the driver side. First of all the car was not wash good. Spoke to one of the staff telling her I went to another car wash and they did a good job washing my car. She asked me how much I made for my car wash at the other place. I told her $50 and it was more money. She told me that you pay for what you get since this car wash was cheaper. It's not worth it having your car scratched with poor service. Also, ***** with the Manager, he apologize but he did not care and completely denied it was from his car wash. Told him about the few spots that did not wash good and he did nothing about it.

    The worst ever! The employee leading the cars into the car wash was not paying attention and misguided my car. Then had me back up and a rain guard got caught because he had me run over the guard rail. The owner came out screaming at me as if it was my fault. Then screamed at me for holding up traffic and he is not paying for the damage to my car. He is the biggest a****** I called the police to report it and the police also said it was not my fault and he was an a****** He never said sorry for his employee's mistake and acted crazy instead of assisting. I had to wait 3 hours to get my car towed to a shop. Don't use this car wash because if anything goes wrong, you will be met with an obnoxious owner.Another review similar - Car damaged!*************************** let me start off by saying that the actual cleaners did an amazing job. My car is spotless on the inside! However, when my car is out of the exterior car wash my front rubber piece was off. I go to the white older man who took my money in the beginning because I feared that him making me move my car multiple times did damage to it. Not only was he extremely rude when I came up to him, he basically told me to come back tomorrow to talk to the boss. He used no manners at all and was extremely disrespectful. Says MOVE so he could help fix it and not once did he say he was sorry or anything in that manner. He needs to learn a thing or two about customer service. Its unfortunate because I really did wanna come back here but they will never see me again.
