    I purchased a Scarab 215 jet boat from Jersey Jet Boats Owners:***** Ontell ****** (husband) (assuming same last name)Within one month of me owning the brand new boat It started filling up with water through the ballast bag hoses. The ballast bag hoses had no emergency water stops or alarms to prevent the boat from filling itself with salt sea water. Whilst the boat was taking on heavy sea water we had an emergency rescue/ tow boat to bring me back to the boat ramp, it was taken onto the trailer and back to Jersey Jet Boats. Jersey Jet boats then explained the repair of all damaged parts due to the salt water damage was $7,000+. I paid for the repairs that took almost a whole year (mind the warranty is only 2 years) they played the back order of parts scenario Once I got it back it was still not sea worthy and the steering wheel wouldnt turn. They needed to order me a new steering cable which was also on back order. After almost another year they replaced the steering cable with a different size steering cable for another length which they destroyed and snapped an inside panel to fit. Once I got the boat back I finally was able to use it for a brief moment until it started to flood AGAIN! I took It back to Jersey Jet Boats, they said it was a bad carbon seal. They stored the boat and replaced the carbon seal and several other components including the heat exchanger which took another year. The bill was $9000+ for the repairs, parts, and storage which I paid. I put the boat into the water again and it was STILL FLOODING!!! I reached out to ***** again via phone call and text but that time I didnt receive a response. So overall, Jersey Jet Boats sold me a brand new boat and consistently made damaging repairs to it, whilst charging me a significant overpriced amount of money for improper repairs, simultaneously timing out my warranty by claiming back order. Im out of my savings, paying monthly for a boat that doesnt even work, and depressed

    After buying the boat from the owner *****, only a year has gone by with only 50 hours on my brand new boat. The starboard engine has a check engine low oil pressure warning. After several attempts right away to contact them, the boat was not fixed and ignored. Two years later, while paying my boat loan, I was going back and fourth with *****. Having attempted 3 brand new motors on the starboard side, the damage was still not fixed. Throughout the 2 years, Ive went weeks not hearing from the company or *****. When she did respond, it was delay after delay. We had a non functioning boat for almost 2 years while paying in full. To this day, I had to have a family member go and get my boat that I still dont know if its functional or runs from *****. I was desperately trying to get my boat back from ***** and even after paying an outrageous invoice of $13,000 she still refused to give me my boat back. (There was no reason to pay her the 13k, but I did)My family member who got my boat is trying to sell it. When they ran the boat, all the hoses blew off, and still dont have a working boat from Jersey Jet Boats. Its a brand new boat they sold from us, and weve had continuous problems with the boat. They sold us a lemon boat, and held our boat hostage, making us pay money for no reason. In the end, they gave us our boat back, which was still broken and nonfunctional. This company is a complete scam.

    This is in reply to the customers complaint of December 17, 2023.  The most recent repair was completed on May 13,2023, and the customer was informed the boat was available for pickup.  After several back and forth messages the boat was picked up on December 2, 2023 by a third party.  At that time all parties were informed the boat needed to be winterized, as ****************** declined to have us winterize the boat.  The amount referenced were all past due invoices for past service.
