      For the last 8 months our company can not get in touch with the collection agency. The phones are disconnected. We never received any info on our collections and no signs of them getting in contact with us by phone. email or mail.

      i came to a settlement to pay my bill on a monthly basis. i made my first 2 payments with no issue the third payment they took out an extra 60 dollars that i did not authorize. when i went to make my August payment online i never got a confirmation email therefore i tried it again the monies were never debited from my account. i have emailed them and got no response i have been calling all 3 numbers for 1 week and just get a fast busy signal i am not sure what to do at this point but i am trying to fufill my debt

      We have partnered with this company as our collection agency handling outstanding medical debts for our healthcare company for multiple years. Since June 30th 2023 we have not been able to contact nor have we received any contact from them. We have called dozens of times and emailed all of the contacts including the *** multiple times. We have thousands of outstanding dollars placed with them for collections services and they have done no work on any of it nor have we been able to pull back our accounts to be placed with a different agency. Now their phones appear to be shut off.

      Williams Alexander has collected money from delinquent patients of mine. They told me multiple time they would send me the money I was owed. They never did and now they do not answer their phones.

      I am not liable for this debt with the maudlin clinic of chirop, i do not have a contract with ******* ***************************** they did not provide me with the original contract as i requested.

      I have been trying for weeks to secure a letter confirming that a medical debt I was paying off was satisfied. My last payment was *** of 2023. The debt appears on my credit report and is effecting my ability to secure a federal student loan for my child. I have left 20 voice mail messages, sent emails, and tried to call their collection division which just disconnects every attempt. I don't know what to do at this point. Please help me contact a live person at this company.

      We have one ******************** in our system who was from ******** ** he would not owe ** anything we represent he would owe The ********************************* for a Driving on a suspended or Revoked Lic.  The violation # is T0254e17001883 the Plate # of the car was KKV1186 he was stoped by the police on 8-15-2017. and at the time lived at *******************************************. and if this is the write person his date of birth 2-1995. and SS# ends in 7246

      If this is not him we need a copy of his Drivers Lic and we can have the account deleted if it is him.

      I am rejecting this response because: 15 us code **** a (4) states a consumer has a right to privacy  this business shall not report any public record accounts on a consumer report because that would be a violation of privacy. Additionally this business does not have permissible purpose or written instructions from me as a consumer to furnish any report on my behalf. 
      Which is another violation of **** b (2) all details can be found in the CONGRESSIONAL FINDINGS OF THE **** THANK YOU FOR HAVING THESE ITEMS REMOVED AND FOLLOWING THE FEDERAL LAW.

      With all due respect **************** is incorrect as to what  can be reported on his credit report.  I will however have the debt deleted off of his credit report for 90 days giving him the time to make payment to the Township of *********************** for his voilation.
