To whom it may concern, I’ve recently had an experience with this company that I believe warrants an official complain and perhaps further investigation.

On Nov 22 I placed an order for speakers at *******.com for $199.99. On Nov 25 I received an email from Electronics Expo (authorized dealer) that my order has been canceled and that if I want those same speakers it would now be $399.99. The email states that there was a “system glitch” and an incorrect price error.

I’m not an attorney but this seems like a classic bait & switch to me - I purchased the product, then was contacted by the seller a few days later stating that if I want that product it will be another $200. I would like to give this company the benefit of the doubt but without a reasonable resolution I’m inclined to call this fraud.

I reached out to customer service and spoke with a supervisor, Vinny, and was told there wasn’t anything he could do. I understand not everyone that works at an organization would know all of the laws and regulations when it comes to selling products to customers but my expectation would be that this seller honors the price it originally sold the product to me for.

Please reach out if there is anything further I can do to assist.
