    The estate sale conducted is not professional, in which the owner is conducting appraisals of items without a license with customers. In addition, there is no engagement of fair market value of items. There is a misrepresentation by the seller to the customers, regarding the condition of the items. Lastly, there is no proof of sale regarding each item as you are not provided with a receipt.

    All Inclusive Tag & Estate Sales LLC is a fully insured Estate ************* I do not have an appraisal license as I would like to avoid the appearance of any conflict of interest. Instead my clients have the right to hire an appraiser of their choosing if they so desire, There is no requirement in the state of ** to for an estate sale company to hold an appraisal license. The fact of the matter is that very few estate sale companies have an appraisal license. Merchandise is carefully priced to give our client the best value for their items while at the same time a deal for the customer. At the end of the day, my client is looking for a home for their items. We do not represent the condition of any item to our customers. The customer has the right to fully inspect each and every item prior to purchasing. In fact, customers are able to bring in their own appraiser. ****************** are clearly displayed throughout our sales. It reads, "All items are sold as is where is". It also reads, "There are no returns, no refunds, no exchanges." Receipts are available upon request. At the end of the day, my sincere apologies you were not satisfied with your outcome at our sale. Hopefully, I cleared the air and you will return with a better understanding of how the estate sale business works.
