      I own a Kenwood car stereo DDX376BT that stopped working, I've contacted ********** several times to get the warranty with no response.

      Still haven't heard anything yet from Jvckenwood, should I open a new complaint or can you reopen the one that was closed when they promised a week ago to contact me but have not tried.

      I purchased a JVC television on August 26, 2022. The television came with a 1 year warranty. I started having issues with the picture in March of 2023. My wife and I tried multiple times to contact customer ********************** and we can't get a response.

      Purchased a jvc tv on 3/2822 for $398.00 ****** stopped working it had lines going Thru the screen which made it unwatchable I reached out to JVC this was back in October Of 2022 they approved for the tv to be fixed But I never heard from them again. I had purchase new tv . Now its march 20 *************************************** to wait longer. My problem is not being resolved at this point a supervisor was suppose to call me but didnt.

      I purchased a JVC ********* 13, 2022, And the screen has lines all over it. I contact JVC and it is covered under warranty. I have sent in all the info they have required, and They just keep asking me to send it again. I have sent it 4 times now and have received a confirmation email that they received it each time. This has been going on for weeks now. I would appreciate any help you can provide. I thought I filed a complaint with you already and received a case number, but I am unable to locate it on your site Case *********

      I bought a TV in 4/19/21 with a 3 yr warranty. It stopped working about 3 months ago . It's a JVC , I have a case # with them , it's RMA ****** . They keep telling me to wait on an update e-mail that never comes . I'm a disabled man , can't afford to just go buy another one. JVC is not upholding there warranty. Again, this has gone on for 3 months now . Thank you .
