    I rented a specific party bus and was sent one that I did not pay for. The original bus was larger (25 person), updated interior and also had a bathroom. The bus I was sent was a 20
    Person bus and it was MUCH SMALLER. It was also much older, and completely different interior and did not have a bathroom. There were things we were supposed to have complimentary that was promised that we did not. Additionally on the bus the A.C unit started leaking heavy amounts of water and the water fell on me and guests. I contacted the company immediately and no answer. I then contacted the company again on Monday and no response. I paid full price for a service and product that was not the original agreed upon product. I am seeking some form of compensation and for someone to double check into how sketchy this company is. I have all proof via text. Also call logs. The bus driver told us we needed to pay full amount or we could not leave. They had no other buses available and I had no other option and was told to contact the company and they would make an adjustment. But it was out of the bus drivers hands. So we continued on the bus. I am not asking for full refund but this bus was cheap and did not have amenities that I paid for.
