    I am beyond frustrated to be doing the dealerships job for them. Im still waiting on a refund check for an overpayment, and the customer service has been nothing short of awful. If you value your time, money, and sanity, avoid this dealership

    I apologize for the delay.

     

    Ms. ***** is all settled as we discussed.

     

    She had some open concerns that she wanted addressed on her vehicle. She purchased out of state, a used vehicle.

     

    We committed to the repairs and paid for everything. We even agreed to pay some additional items. Everything is complete and all settled.

     

    Also she had some delays with her Motor Vehicle that were primarily caused by her local DMV. This has also been resolved.

     

    I spoke with her personally. She is very happy. We are always committed to 100% satisfaction in all scenerios.

    Purchased a 2018 **** explorer froom the saleman *************************** for the total amount of ****** . I was told by the sales man that the usv had gone through many points of inspection and thats the reason I decided to purchase the usv . As soon as i left the dealer I started noticing a rear left sound every time ot hit a pothole . I then called the dealer and was advised to call to make an appointment to have it checked , for a week I waited and they never called to make the appointment . I finally called the service center and finaly got them to check the car . Another thing they didnt notice was the front brakes . The rotor was not even making contact with the brake pads and that is very dangerous . Now they want to charge me to fix the problem that the car had when I purchased it a week ago . Please help me . I have ad the car for a week and if this is not taken care of , ilm have to return the suv . Ill your response . Thank you

    Client purchased vehicle "AS IS". Fully disclosed this was an "AS IS" sale. 

    After sale client wanted additional work down for free. The brake concern was not a safety concern. That being said we replaced the brakes at no charge. It was about a $600 repair. Then he came back again concerned about the performance of the Shocks. Once again, as a good will gesture, we replaced the shocks at no charge. This was about a $900 repair. At this point we have remedied all concerns. We reminded the client again that this was an "AS IS" sale. We have no legal obligaiton to repair the vehicle further. That being said, we have already contributed $1,500 goodwill and client is happy.

    I am rejecting this response because:

    You cant say that the shocks are free . You charged me $950 foe some magical coding that you never apply. And we agreed for you guys to do the shocks for that money . Another thing i have a problem is that i paid $3200 foe extende. Warranty that i dont have . I have checked with for and there is no warranty either the vin . I have been preparing for legal action against your company and will let others know . All i want to sold this is to have the extended warranty that i paid for . I have all the papers and I recorded the conversation when I purchased the suv . If you want to talk about this call me ar **********
