    After meeting with *** last summer and leaving a deposit, multiple scheduling changes and many back and forth conversations about dealing with other trades working on the house, I ultimately had to cancel installation of my paved driveway. I also have some personal situations that require me to direct my funds elsewhere, which were unforeseen. Company policy is that the deposits are nonrefundable, however based on my circumstances *** was able to work with me and refund the deposit. I am truly grateful for his willingness to work with me. His professionalism and honesty is everything you want in a contractor. When I am able to, I will absolutely use his services in the future.
