    Good Afternoon.  Please provide more information in regards to the towing service.  What type of vehicle with plate or vin number, who authorized the tow/why?  Thank you.

    My car was in am accident on Debruary 10th 2023, not my choice Raven ******************** showed up because of town contract and location. It was shipped to their yard. I was told i could not go to recover my large amount of belongings over weekend, and id have to wait till monday. I called monday, informed id be there tuesday. I called my insurance as every accident requires. They said pick up was set for wednesday february 15 2023. they told me to give them extra keys and to sigb a release of my vehicle. without a release they can not come tow my vehicle. Tuesday, my vehicle is not at raven ********************. the female who answered was rude and told me she doesnt need my consent, and then refused to have a manager or owner put on phone. Not her problem, call my insurance. they also did not call to inform me that my insurance showed up early to come down quickly,(i live 10 min away, but had no car). Their lack of business ediquitte, and lack of care has now led to a web of issues.(some which may lead to legal issues.) ***************** filled with deceit, lies, and no empathy for the people they "serve" in the community. Please heed my warning and stay away from this company. i dont wish thenhorror show i am dealing with.

    Can you please provide more information, like what type of vehicle this is with a VIN # or plate # and the police station that it was towed in from?  I see the date of loss is February 10, 2023.
