      I TRIED TO CONTACT CUSTOMER SERVICE DUE TO AN ISSUE WITH THEIR PRODUCT (HELIO AIRBROOM) , AND WAS TOLD THAT I CAN ONLY SUBMIT MY COMPLAINT OR REQUESTS VIA EMAIL ONLY, WHICH I CANNOT DUE TO MY DISABILITY AND WOULD NOT MAKE ANY ACCOMODATIONS. I FEEL LIKE IT IS A VIOLATION OF A.D.A. ********** DISABILITIES ACT.
