    We were forced to use 24 Logistics because they're the "certified installer" for Whirlpool. We went through ******** **** ****** to replace our dishwasher under our warranty, and decided on a Whirlpool dishwasher. 24 Logistics only comes to Long Island two days a week, which immediately posed a problem. We made ourselves available for the first available date, in which 24 Logistics was supposed to deliver and install the unit. They said there was a leak and couldn't install it. We had to hire a plumber to come out and fix a leak that didn't exist because they said it's good to install. 24 Logistics then no-showed on an appointment, and when they finally came to install they set up the dishwasher (4-5 hours after their appointment time) so it was angled back instead of it being level, along with kicking it into place. They also left the soundproofing insulation hanging out the bottom. We had to get a repair company through **** ****** to level the dishwasher, put the soundproofing back into place, and fix the power cord that they bent from shoving the dishwasher back. The repair company found that 24 Logistics bent/cracked our power outlet cover because they pushed the unit so hard.

    Although there's no actual money/bill we can get back besides our ******** **** ****** plumber call ($100, hopefully to be refunded by them), my wife and I took off multiple days from work to wait for them either to be late or not show up at all. This has cost us thousands of dollars in PTO they cannot be recouped. The receptionist (Ella), while helpful at first, has refused to pass our information over to her boss and we've never been contacted by him. I'd love to get back the time and money for this ordeal, but at the very least I'd like a call and explanation from the company and for Whirlpool to be accountable for their contracted company as well.
