    On January 30, 2025, a Dan Marc technician came to inspect the ice maker on our JennAir refrigerator, which was overproducing ice and would not shut off. After their evaluation, we were told the entire ice maker needed to be replacedat a significant cost.The new part was ordered and installed on February 27, 2025. However, within a few weeks, we realized the exact same issue persistedthe ice maker continued to run nonstop and overproduce ice.We called Dan Marc on April 16, 2025, to report the unresolved issue. Rather than standing by their work, we were met with rude and aggressive behavior, and told we would need to pay another service fee just to have them returneven though their original diagnosis had failed.Out of frustration, I ended up calling a different local repair company. Their technician quickly determined that the issue was a bent sensorsomething that required no part replacement. He literally flipped the sensor back into place, and the ice maker has worked perfectly ever since.This experience revealed that Dan Marc completely misdiagnosed the problem, charged us for an unnecessary part, and then refused to take responsibility for the failed repair. Their unprofessional and confrontational attitude only added to the frustration.Its also unfortunate that JennAir continues to refer customers to ********************** as their local authorized repair option. If you expect competent diagnostics and respectful service, I strongly recommend avoiding this company.

    This company broke my less than year old dryer. They came to replace two part regarding paint chipping in the dryer. After replacing these parts the dryer did not dry the clothes. This dryer never had an issue with drying clothes until the negligence of their service technicians. It has been over a month changing parts to fix the new problem that they created, and currently is still not fixed. Their representatives were disrespectful to my mom who did not speak English well and ignored her. When I called to complain about this issue again they did zero to resolve it with whirlpool. They were supposed to call whirlpool for further assistance on what needs to be done to resolve it and they never did. In the end, stay away from this company their customer service is incompetent along with their technicians. I was in tears trying to resolve this, because they broke my new dryer and did zero to fix or resolve it with whirlpool.

    I have a warranty and the store I bought my refrigerator from told me to get in touch with Danmarc. Two gentleman came in, knew exactly what the problem was with my Whirlpool refrigerator filter door. Fixed it within 15 minutes.Would definitely call Danmarc for any appliance repairs in the future.

    Weve needed to use Dan Marc on two separate occasions for Kitchenaid dishwashers still under warranty. The first time, I was 9 months pregnant and the second time we had a 1 month old at home. Unfortunately we are forced to use them because they are the only certified repair provider in *** and if we dont use them our warranty would be voided. In both cases we went about a month without a working dishwasher.The first service call was made for a dishwasher that was flooding our basement. We booked through the ********** website, then on the day of the appointment no repair person showed up even though wed received a confirmation email. When we called Dan Marc they said their system isnt synced with Kitchenaid and wed need to call Dan Marc to confirm our appointments. The earliest appointment was a week out. Long wait times to reschedule is another theme with them.The second repair calls are ongoing. Our dishwasher broke mid January and now 2/11, we are still without a working dishwasher. The situation is worsened by the fact that we have an immunocompromised newborn at home who we need the dishwasher for in order to sterilize his bottles. So far Dan Marc has cancelled two service appointments on us. first time for bad weather (it snowed less than an inch) and most recently for a sick repair person. Again they needed to reschedule several days out. Supposedly they will come this Friday to do the simple repair, but well see if they cancel again.Looking at other reviews it seems like most of the bad experiences are around warranty service calls. I wonder if they are cancelling warranty service calls, which Im assuming make them less money, to prioritize other repair requests.

    Our technician, **** *. was such a pleasure to deal with concerning our issue with our whirlpool refrigerator. He didn't have the replacement part on the truck, but ordered it as soon as he went back to his vehicle. Looking forward to his return visit when the part arrives. Kudos to Dan Marc having the type of technician as **** *. on his staff. By the way at the end of 2023 we had a different technician from the same company for the same issue, a broken stopper on the bottom of the fridge door, but since it was only partially broken he did not replace it, said it was not necessary and 1 year later the whole part broke off. Needless to say our new technician **** *. arrived and was the complete opposite of the previous tech. So, sometimes give a company a break all technicians are not the same!! ****** from *******, **

    *** D of Dan Marc was dispatched to our house for a dishwasher warranty repair. We couldn't have been more delighted with him - he's the type of technician that every homeowner dreams of. He was prompt, professional and obviously skilled - a true credit to Dan Marc, who should be very proud of him. Highly recommended.

    I'm very sorry for the people who had bad experiences but mine was flawless. Andr was prompt, courteous, efficient and repaired the issue within minutes. ****** in the office is lovely to speak with. I had no issue whatsoever from scheduling to completion. I guess it's impossible to please everyone.

    Our Amana dryer that we bought in **** suddenly stopped working. we were referred to Dan Marc Appliance by *****. *******, **********, arrived and quickly and correctly diagnosed the problem. There was no power going to the outlet. The machine was fine. I contacted *************** who found that the module that controlled our generator had a power surge. He replaced the module and the dryer is fine, I was very appreciative of Jims correct diagnosis and didnt have to buy a new dryer. Thank you, ***!!
