    Outsource was our IT company for a few years. They were paid by automatic debit from our account Last November they sent us a bill with a lot of extra charges and after repeated attempts for explanation, we disputed the charges. They still refused to explain and instead abruptly terminated service mid December without warning. They said for lack of payment. However, we had paid for the regular service through the end of December. They refused to take our calls and would not service us for an emergency IT problem. Then they debited our account for ******* services. They were not authorized to do this as they had terminated services. We disputed the charges and told the bank they were no longer authorized to debit our account. But this didnt stop them. They fraudulently charged our account in April and now again in May. We are no longer their client and did not authorize these payments. This company cant be trusted.
