There are so many horrible reviews online about this facility and I am here to say that they are all 100% true. My grandmother was only at this facility from a Thurs. night and we were taking her out that following Monday. She was here for rehab after hurting her collarbone in a fall. However, this place was acting like she was there to die. Asking about her will & her personal home assets. She hadn't been changed or fed in 2 days. When we got there to visit the phines in her room were disconnect and so was her TV. She was in a wheel chair facing a blank wall. We need help getting her back in bed, no staff came to assist. My parents had to do it. The social worker wasvtrying to force us to sign a Do Not Resuscitate. I said in the event of an issue, we want full life saving measures. She stated it's not what we want, it's about the best interest of the patient. I said she's not her to die, she's here for REHAB. She said people die all the time, we all have to die, we don't get to choose where. I said well you don't get to choose where she dies & she surely won't be dying here. The social worker proceeded to yell in my face, snatched forms that she had given us out of my hands, violently pushed & shoved me 3 times when I was trying to look at those papers especially the ones she was trying to conceal as if I didn't she that. This place is only here to steal assets from the elderly especially the elderly they think don't have family or that their family wants to dispose of them because they're old. On the Sunday before we took her out of this facility, I had to call 24 times before I was able to speak to my grandma. I needed to make sure she wasn't mysteriously dead. All 24 times, I called I was getting excuse after excuse why I couldn't speak to her and why the 2 phones in her room didn't work. I was also being disconnected purposely. The various staff who answered were yelling at me on the phone. Ma'am why do you keep calling. I'm like I need to hear from my grandma
