    I would highly recommend *************************** for a house renovation or new construction on or near Long Beach Island. Scott completed what turned out to be almost a new build and we couldnt be happier with his work. Hes extremely detail-oriented and takes pride in everything his team does. Communication was better that I anticipated and he was in regular contact with progress updates and ensuring we were making decision to avoid any slowdown. The initial quote was lower than local competitors and we came right in on budget besides for a few change orders we explicitly requested and approved. We had a few minor things pop up after project completion and they were addressed immediately with a quick text which is rare with a contractor.We would work again with Scott no questions ask and do not have a single negative thing to say about our experience.

    Great builder. Great communicator. Scott answers every phone call and text within minutes. He is easy to work with. Follow up and reliability are excellent. His crew is cooperative, and the job site is always organized and well maintained. Scott does what he says he will do and delivers on his promises.
