      Got sent a piece of mail that had a very similar structure and style of legal documents. The return address is from woodbury also. So when I recieve a piece of mail, that has tear away sides and top, like legal or court matters... Imagine my surprise when it's *****, offering a cash offer. With a check, that says call us. Glad I got my heart racing over a home sales pitch to sell my house, which I don't want to do.Think of better marketing and mailing strategies than mimic official court documents.

      I signed a contract with them on 3/10/24.They gave me a closing date of 5/24/24.They shopped my house for 3 months trying to take advantage of potential buyers and me as the seller for listing 70k more than they offered me & not fixing a single thing! USE A TRADITIONAL AGENT! I I signed a contract with them that granted access to my home before completing the transaction. ***** explained they buy homes, act as a middle person to ****** a deal on the property, they flip houses, even keep properties as rentals. The contract is favorable only to HOF they can back out of the deal at any time, which they did to me today just 3 weeks before closing. I agreed to sell my home to HOF as is. I didnt agree to sell to a regular buyer as is. *** listed my home for sale way over priced without putting a cent into any cosmic work thats needed. They have their own contractors, at least thats what it said in the contract I signed. I needed to allow them access to my home for their contractors. Communication was nonexistent. They accessed the home without notice after I requested several times to be made aware until o was able to remove my valuables. Basically what this company did was agree to buy my house for a fair as is price then price gauge potential buyers without making any fixes. Then they had the nerve to call me and say the feedback from buyers was all negative and the price is too high. NO DUH! I didn't ask you to sell my house as is for 50k more than it's worth. Maybe if you did what you said your plan was and fixed the minor cosmetic issues with the home you could have gotten what you're asking for. I have spoken to others who had the same experience. Accessing the home without notice, changing offers, and moving settlement. Their hope is to scam YOU out of money by trying to sell before they close with you for tens of thousands of dollars more than they're paying you without having to put any work into your property. You're better off using a traditional agent.

      Hello ***, we apologize that your experience with us was not good. You chose our Equity Protection Program which we advise everyone that chooses that program that it is not a definite sale. We do in fact facilitate the transaction and attempt to pair you up with an end-buyer. If an end-buyer is interested in any renovations prior to closing or after closing, we facilitate that part of the transaction as well. This is an alternative option from our cash offer program. Our cash offer program represents a definite sale as we are doing the renovation ourselves to then resell the property once the renovations are complete. We try to help every person that comes to us regarding selling their property, but unfortunately, there are sometimes some circumstances outside of our control that prevent us from providing a successful transaction.

      Hall of Fame Real Estate is an awesome company. Everyone that works there is always willing to help me when I have an issue. ********* is my personal favorite. She even mails me a Christmas card every year.
