    was told my battery was dead and to buy new one at the cost of $263.35 i had to finance the battery thru affirm because I did not have the cash that day. Costing me more to finance at .$283.24 . Only to furthermore go home with smoke coming out engine and a dead battery again > long story short was not the battery was a simple loose wire . Which was not conneccting to my battery. which i paid my mechanic to come to my house and tighten in 30 seconds .He informed me of misunderstanding about how n why it caused battery to not charge. This caused me hours of stress and a lot of money> I am a single women and i have no expertise in mechanical engines. I was now informed my old battery was fine by mecahnic who new my car. He stated to get my battery back and get refund. I did try however they could not identify my battery exactly so i was not able to get a refund or my old battery back. Im now paying a finance bill of $300 for a new battery i did not need. I do not blame the workers because they did try to help best in the situation. All were kind caring and polite. The problem was the battery could not be exactly identified to get it back . The date on battery was not checked either. They ask me if it was a certain battery brand but i did not no to identify it as well. So therefore i could not come back and go threw changing batteries that i was not even sure if it was my old battery. This was a ****** and know one is at fault . However batteries should be identified by customer and business and maybe held for a day . and date on battery should be checked and identified and maybe a name on battery as well. This would of helped in my case. Im hoping company refunds my money and in future tags battery and dates better for customers to get refunds. This is a strain on my budget being a single mom at the moment. Im hoping for relief from company and a good outcome.
