    I went to stay at LaQuinta Inn **************** ** 109 Route36. On arrival it was dingy looking outside. On entry it was dark barely lit by small lamp at check in desk - I asked to see room first- they didnt allow it. When getting to the room; I immediately turned down bedding to discover The sheets were stained with body fluid and there was pubic hair on sheets as well! Completely disgusting. I told the man DO NOT CHARGE MY CARD! That Id be calling the Better Business Bureau and there ******************* And left I then called my bank - who told me to file a dispute - my card was charged for a place I wouldnt let my worst enemy stay at! Disgusting -Appauling- and The *********** should shut it down! Id be very surprised to hear if they had a liquor license for the alcohol they sell from behind the check in desk also!!! I want my money back- Didnt Stay SHOULD NOT be charged!!!!!

    My daughter and her fianc' married on May 20, 2023 in ***********, **. While most of our Guests stayed near the beach for the weekend we needed a Hotel to accommodate the Guests that would stay just one night. The La Quinta in ***********, ** was chosen due to its proximity to the wedding venue.My daughter and I both dealt with GM, ******************* to have a number of rooms blocked with a discounted rate for our Guests. We were permitted 20 rooms and when I inquired if necessary could we get more in the future I was told no. ******************* was not flexible, nor was he very warm towards either of **. On May 19, 2023 my daughter visited the Hotel and requested to leave "Welcome Bags" for her Guests to receive upon check in the next day. The staff at the front desk told her they do not do that. She then requested a phone call from *******************. **** got in touch with her via email, he agreed La Quinta will not hand out the Guest bags. To hand out a bag would mean when a Guest is given their room key you give them the bag as well. Simply good customer service. He told my daughter is she insisted he would call an extra staff to come in and that staff's salary would be at her expense. The La Quinta *********** does not encompass the company's Mission or Values. *******************, GM did not even attempt to rectify the situation for the Bride.I know we will never use or stay at a La Quinta again.*************************, Mother of the Bride
