      My truck was towed from Shop Rite in *******. When I initially called this company, They told me that I would have to pay about ******* to retrieve my truck. I have never experienced such horrible customer service in my life! The final bill was around $5500.00! (they only take cash, zelle or cash app..that's weird) They charged me for 2 months when my truck was there for 2 weeks stating it was towed on the 28 of Nov and we're now in Dec. They took apart pieces of the truck which caused it not to run. I was advised that it is my responsibility to put it back together, so I had to pay to have it that fixed. I was double charged for mileage and they added on ******* for a service that was not my responsibility. Last by not least, he refused to give me their location. I was informed that I could not pick up my truck, and had to pay ****** for another tow. The police are asking anyone that has been towed by SRS Parking or IMRT Towing and forced to pay excessive fees to recover their vehicle to contact them. I also came across a video on you tube. The poor *** said they tried to charge him over *******!! This has to stop!! A company full of crooks.. and shame on the parking management company at ********* for being affiliated with such a corrupt organization. I looking to filing a class action lawsuit.

      **** towed the vehicle according to our contract with the security company who was contracted for the property at the time.  Ms. **** is just another disgruntled human upset that they could just not simply park their broken box truck on private property without consent and expect it not to be towed.  Im not entertaining her claim and financial complaints as they are frivolous and without merit.    Have her upload the invoice which will reflect the exact amount of time the vehicle was stored with GPS confirming it is in fact in the storage facility.  As well as pictures of the damaged piece of junk truck. This has been an ongoing dispute for a very long time.   Ms **** is filing the complaint in frustration that we had her review removed from ****** and then she subsequently reposted the review. Ms **** has nothing better to then post fake complaints she should be ashamed of herself.  Go to *************.  Your odds of getting money from there is better.
