    I went to this store and purchased TWO items on 12/30/23, One that was $65.00 ( I TOOK WITH ME) and the other $200. I made it VERY CLEAR that I would need to determine if I would want the second item for $200 and CLEARLY wrote on the recpt (3 WEEKS) . On 1/3/2024 ONLY three days later ( Holiday) I contacted the merchant via telephone and spoke to***** who was **** and said i needed to speak to my sales rep. I called the sales rep ***** and was told" our store policy will not allow you a refund". I NEVER AGREED to any contract and in good FAITH I PAID for this $200 item WITHOUT HAVING it in my possession and to DATE I DO NOT HAVE THE $200 item. I then filed a dispute with my credit card Company, where the store responded with FALSE statement indicating that I AGREED to their store policy and the sale was now a "package" deal. To make matters worst the merchant slandered my name indicating on their response to my ccd Company that I went BACK to the store cursing and demanding , WHEN I "NEVER" went back to this ************ 12/30/2023. The merchant now stated I would be charged MSRP for the item I already purchased tryng to RAISE the ***** of the $65.00 item AFTER I left the store. The merchant also put in writing to my ccd Company that they attempted to call me to resolve the issue, PURE LIES. Upon recpt of this response I contacted merchant TWO Times and was treated like side trash and was told " we will be in court". It is my opinion This merchant MUST have done this before and may have gotten away with t. I DO NOT have the item of $200, it STAYED in the store ( was some one else's previous layaway) and NOW I will be pursuing the cost of $200, ******* and ***** , and damages. I have reported this Company to all Federal and State governing agencies. BUYER BEWARE of these deceptive predatory practices by this store.
