    This business and the Manufacturing is been making my life horrible since I bought my Honda odyssey 2024 in March , this vehicle Came with lots of problems Fictitiously and Mechanical and they havent been able to take Responsibility with it I have visit the Dealer around 7 times or more and the Never Find a Problem But other do they say that all this issues that I reported is NORMAL those are they Words and my vehicle that IM paying 752$ every month is a disaster Two weeks after I bought this vehicle Already having problems and They started blaming me for because I change the Dome Lights inside because the original one are too bright for my eyes. Now this vehicle is horrible and is not stable suspension is not safe brakes are full of Rust seems two weeks after purchase or Lease it I like this vehicle dislikes for eternity this Dealer no responsibility on they product just interested and the money they getting paid for it . ************** the ** knows about it since they one and Never Help.

    Buy at your own risk! I financed a car on 2/20/2023. I have gone 4 times to get it fixed since I took it out of the lot. I parked the car and when I went to turn it on, it did not start. I had to get it towed. When I took it to get inspected the reader identified that it had issues, I took it back they said if it is running nothing needs to be done. Most recently, I went back since now I have the CHECK ENGINE light on after owning the car for only 10 months, they said its not covered by my extended warranty or by another warranty the car has, and are charging me ***** apart from the car note that is still ******. Now Im stuck with a lemon! Dont step foot in that place if you dont want to get robbed for your money. Very pleasant and persistent to get your money, but you literally have to argue with them to get help. So disappointed!!

    I purchase a new car in June 2023. They were nice but unable to explain features of the car they do not speak English. While for my car, I wanted to purchase a new USB cord to charge my phone in my brand new car I told the man the make and model of the care he sold me a USB and a cigarette lighter charger I asked does the car have a cigarette lighter he nodded yes. They do not speak or understand English. Fast forward 6 months I go in for an oil change I arrive 40 minutes early , I have my keys in to the car Jockey, he hands me a ticket I ask to I just go sot down he nodded his head yes. While waiting I receive a call where am I for my 4:00 appointment. I said sitting here in the waiting area they asked if I handed my ticket I said . The person on the phone told to go hand it in . I go hand it in and he said we can not take care of you we are closing in 29 minutes. I feel discriminated, English is my primary language , I should not have to speak Spanish to have quality customer service. So disappointed. I never felt discrimination in my life till Hudson Honda of West New York. So unprofessional, there show room is a circus walking are eating food, vendors selling food in the show room. I am speaking with a Lawyer I truly feel I was discriminated against for not speaking Spanish.

    Es lo peor me vendieron un vehiculo financiado daado y lo fui a devolver y me queran vender otro vehculo a los 15 da me dio problema y no me apretaron devolucin, a un esta en el taller de ello y ***** pagar un vehiculo que no tengo.

    STAY AWAY I called to ask about a car drove for 2 hours and asked for the final price. Went back the next day with Bank Check in hand wit the amount they wrote down and they changed the prices to be thousands of dollars HIRE. Please avoid this dealership. I wasted two days off of work for what?
