    I had my prescription glasses made at Lens Lab Express in January 2023. They had my prescription for over a week. When they were finally ready the prescription was filled incorrectly.I placed calls and went back to have them recheck the prescription. They told me the technician would look at the glasses and get back to me. They had the glasses over two weeks. When I finally got them back they were still wrong. The lack of communication and understanding the English language was difficult. They kept asking if I speak spanish which I do not.After getting no where and went to another eyeglass facility and had the same prescription filled and they were perfect. Not only am I out ****** from Lens Lab Express in ************* but I had to pay another ****** for the other lens lab to fill my eyeglasses correctly. I tried to file a claim with my credit card but there was nothing they were able to do.This Lens Lab is not very reputable. I do not recommend having your glasses filled here.I would not leave any star rating but the form needs to be filled out.
