    The absolute worst experience of my life! Stay clear of having this contractor do any work for you! Below is a list of things I experience with him! - Has zero experience/knowledge in construction, relies on all of his sub contractors to do everything.- Used sub contractors with no licenses or experience.- Did not follow city approved architectural drawing. - No attention to detail.- Did not follow contract stipulated milestones or payment schedule. - Expected me to pay $30,000 over agreed contract cost! - Did not complete stipulated milestones in the contract after I made payments to keep project moving forward.- Repeatedly failed inspections due inexperienced/un-licensed sub contractors.- Drawing stated dumpster needed to be onsite for entirety of the project. They did not follow this and left garage on my lawn which in turn ruined the lawn. - Did not use licensed HVAC contractor, now leaving me to pay over 40 grand to fix their mess.- They did not pay their sub contractors and due to this I am now being continuously harassed by them even though I have no partnership with them.- Did not follow any time lines of completion, even after adjusting several times with him and his wife. Project was supposed to be done in December 2021. It is now September 2022. I had to kick them off the project and manage it myself. - One of their sub contractors went to the bathroom in the corner of my basement. Number 2, not number 1.I can go on and on about the nightmare me and my family have endured for the past year due to this Contractor but Im running out of characters. Do yourselves a favor & take some extra time to find someone else that has references, pictures & reputable. I found this imbecile through a company called **********************. I later found out Chris J Construction LLC has only been licensed since 2020! I warn you again stay away from this contractor!!******** License Number ************
