    I booked a king superior room after looking at the website and seeing that the hotel had a restaurant and bar, room service, and a business center. Upon arrival, our room had two queen size beds. I tried to print three pages at the business center but alas the printer didnt work. I asked the front desk for assistance with printing and the clerk unapologetically declined. Ten minutes later, after discovering there was no restaurant or room service at the hotel, I again politely went to the front desk to address the discrepancy between what was shown on the website and reality and was told I could walk 1/4 mile to the nearest restaurant. The clincher, however, was the next morning when I discovered the bathroom had not been cleaned from the previous guest(s). There was toothpaste all over the filthy bathroom door. We decided their free breakfast was not an option, as if they were unable to meet the absolute minimum standards for a room, why would I expect their kitchen to be any cleaner. I spoke with staff and no remediation or apology was offered, only excuses. We dont run the restaurant which only does catering now, the front desk clerk is new and needs more training, etc. The website clearly offers amenities that dont exist, and I am curious if a business that falsely advertises is subject to penalties. I dont want anyone else to wast hundreds of dollars on a falsely advertised room that doesnt meet minimum acceptable standards. I feel as if it was a bait and switch. I thought I booked a hotel comparable to the Hilton only to discover after payment and check -in I was closer to the *** **** or ******* ****
