    I signed contract with this business in October 2020 for basement remodeling. I have asked the owner ******************************* on multiple occasions via texts and phone to complete the basement. He has taken full money for the project and has not completed the job. His employees have told me that he does not pay them. His subcontractors have also told me that he has not paid them. He has been holding me hostage on this project for over 2.5 yrs without completion.

    We gave a large deposit to help this contractor get back into business. The contract was to demo roof to aid second floor, and renovate house was 22feet by 23feetand was ************** with new 3/4 plywood sub floor installed contract and deposit was signed may 11/2018 house is still incomplete contractor has not finished any thing he started from walls to siding . been calling him constantly says he going to finish but wont do any thing I myself had to repair siding on back of house doors and windows and pay to have insulation inside house finished. heat system was installed by HV/AC contractor and the removed by HV/AC contractor because he was not paid . A new HV/AC contractor was contracted to reinstall heat system deliver units and he was given two bad checks and I had to give him $6,500. show he would not take units out. A&P said he would pay HV/AC contractor to finish insulation but has yet to pay him other sub contractor also were not payed and will not come back to finish what they started. We are doing and paying for what we have paid him for. fear we are going to have to finish the house hour self and pay for it after giving ************** One hundred ten thousand dollars . We higher him because a friend highly recommended Him . I feel sorry for anyone how contractors Him
