    Horrible customer service!!!First and only time purchasing any appliances from Topline in *********, **.All this company is interested is new orders and money. Scheduling deliveries, service and installation they are absolutely the worse that I have ever experienced. Be aware, if you have any problems with your appliances you are on your ownThe only good experience I had with Topline was Rich from the service department. Very knowledgeable person.

    Thank you, ***** - Without her nothing would have been done! From the time I purchased my ** Refrigerator to the time I needed service and troubleshooting and navigating the process with ** - she was my constant! If you ever need anything for any reason having to do with Top Line Appliances - do yourself a favor - ask for *****! Her customer service skills are TOPNOTCH! She is the most helpful, knowledgeable and patient human. In 2023 it is a rarity to even be able to speak to a human. I could go on for days, but I think all of the aforementioned explains how I feel about her skillset! Exceptional is an understatement! Top Line Appliance is blessed to have an employee who cares about their clientele!
