    Submitted an order on Dec 20, 2022. Tracked it through *** and it showed the shipment was lost and a claim would need to be filed. Vichy was contacted and said they would need to investigate the claim before they would send a replacement. Received an email on 12/29/22 that a replacement order would be sent and it would take 3-5 days after an email is sent with the tracking number. Still waiting for the email with the tracking number. Contacted customer service again just to get a tracking number but was told now that it takes 10 business days after they place the order to receive it. So now an order placed on December 20 will take almost 1 month to receive and I still don't know when and if the order was shipped. **************** became abrupt and rude when I asked why after 5 business days after the replacement order was made that I still don't know if it shipped. The expense of this product is not worth dealing with poor customer service.

    The company is recalling about ******* LiftActiv Peptide-C *****Aging ampoules, which unfortunately my wife also bought. We have been trying to get our refund for the last 6 months but the customer service is horrible, not responding to any of our emails. They are probably stalling and hoping their customers will forget about their refunds. Not even worth 1 star.

    Beyond frustrated with this company. They do not care about consumers what so ever, this is the 2nd issue with them in less than 6 months. I placed my order and was looking forward to getting what I purchased. Then they run out of stock for like 2 hours for what I ordered and send me half my order missing the serum, they didn't give me a choice regarding sending out half my order, or cancelling off the products. This is not a limited edition sweater they only have **** of, this is there signature serum they are know for the world over. I got the cancellation order go on there site to see you can order exactly what I wanted to day no issues. They told me when they filled my order it wasn't available even when I place the order and they should have pulled it from the online inventory. They should not be allowed to do this over and over. Figure out your inventory and care about your customers. HORRIBLE brand will never order from them again. Twice I have issues with them cancelling the order, how is this the consumers issue. If they can't fill an order like airlines have to cancel flights due to staffing issues we should get the value of the product gifted to us. Consumers matter why do brands not realize that?
