    There seems to be a mold problem. Rusting of the garbage disposal. I’ve sent emails the past 2 weeks and nothing is being resolved.

    On January 28, 2025 my father who was 84 years old had a stroke my father lives 97 miles away from my residenceat *** ******** **** in ********, ******** in an Ingerman management complex called the ******* of ********. I’m an only child And I needed to get out of my lease which I took the penalties for but Angerman is now attempting to charge me $135 125 of is for cleaning fees and $10 is for a non-return of a second key which has been returned on the weekend of 22 February of 2025 my daughter who lives in ***** ********, *** miles away or 387 miles away mistakenly took the extra key with her back to ***** ******** when we realized it she put it in the mail in theUS postal system, hoping that it would be returned by 3 March when the keys were supposed to be turned in to the property manager, when key was not available on 3 March, I explained to the property manager that the key was on its way back and then I as soon as itwould arrive, I would return it to her long story short as she’s charging me for a cleaning fee, which the house was professionally cleaned prior to me moving out that I paid a cleaner to clean because I did not have the time and she’s charging me for the key that was returned. She has sent me to collectionsand she refuses to accept my phone calls

    I was discriminated against when applying for a reasonable accomodations. I was permanently maimed by another tenant. Damaged property injured my foot. We dealt with so many problems that we HAD to leave and they still charged us for breaking our lease.

    The builder has constructed the ******* ******* off his books and the houses are not up to code. They failed to properly register and transfer gas and now our gas will be shut off for days. Houses are constructed poorly leading to water leaks and are unsafe and unfit to be lived in. The builder knowingly took short cuts and lied to buyers. This issue is going on at several of the projects of the builder Ingerman. They hire non-union undocumented labor and underage labor. We have a 15 year old working the job site unsupervised. There are no safe protocols being followed. Workers do not wear hard hats or protective eye glasses. This is a hazard.

    I have been a longer term resident in the willows at glassworks a low income tax credit community for about 7 years now. I have endured harassment, negligence, mistreatment for the last few years. I have been without a working refrigerator since August 2023. Multiple attempts have been made to get this resolved. I have been without a working stove since about November 2023 due to a fire. I was told someone was going to come look at it and all they did was take a video and never came back. My door has been broken since June 2023 after an incident where my toddler locked the door behind me bringing my luggGe in from a vacation. I am on the third floor and I called the emergency system for the property and I was shamed and screamed at. They didnt even show up I had to contact the police where they offered to bang the door in to open the door to save my toddler. No one ever came to fix it. I am unable to lock it when I leave the residence at this time and it is a huge eye sore. April 2023 cops when to my place and held me at *********. The land lord must have given the wrong address. When asking for security camera footage I was told that they do not work but on their website it states 24 hour surveillance. We have non working cameras outside our door. It makes me feel so unsafe. The landlord ****** had no remorse and told me I look fine and it was a prank from someone. I am hung up on every time I try to talk to this woman, I am scared to go to her with issues. I have never felt so sick to my stomach to be in my own home this is a living h*** Now due to me stating I am finally reporting this location they are lying they have been trying to help me and saying I tell them I am sick every time they try to come to fix my belongings which is not true. I was sick for one inspection that they do yearly that was it. I need help they keep raising our rent and nothing is being done to help fix our community. Reviews on ****** will support my facts.
