    Company is a contractor with my local **********. We used **********'s *************** to redo part of our kitchen that included a small countertop area over our sink. Intelco called us over 2 months ago on December 17th and after leaving one message never answered our phone calls and never called us back or acknowledged our message left December 19th. Now at time of kitchen cabinet install Intelco is telling us the process to install a countertop is drastically different than what the contract we signed through ********** States. They are refusing to come out without taking measurements to create a template to create our countertop when ********** assured us that they had already acquired measurements for the countertop area that would be sent to intelco. As a result we will be going multiple days without a functioning kitchen. Intelco refuses to accept responsibility for this and is slowing down the process. Do not use this company they have horrible business practices and do not have customer service experience.

    Ms. ****** purchased a countertop from The *********** Intelco is a subcontractor for them have done over 1 million countertops for them. *** offers two programs, one is furnish and deliver, the other is furnish and install. If furnished and deliver we will make the ** to individual dimensions but if we are asked to do the installation we only do that if we have templated the countertop to assure an accurate fit. To do this, all cabinets must be installed an secured in place at time of template. Ms. ****** was getting a furnish and install, therefore we had to wait until cabinets were install which took place on 2/12/25 per *** portal system, Intelco templated on 2/13/2025 and installed tops on 2/28/2025. This install is within the 14 day offered by ***. A new sales associate at *** may have confused an Furnish and Install with a Furnish and Deliver methods but what was done for Ms. ****** is the *** program that we have followed for over 25 years. Intelco did send a welcome letter on 12/16/24, with our contact information. Intelco left messages on 12/17/24, 12/20/24 and advised *** to notify Intelco when cabinets were installed.
