  I recently bought a truck from here. This turned into a nightmare and dragged out when, if things have been done correctly, it couldve been a pleasant experience. The title of the car was not in their name so my bank would not approve the loan. They agreed to have the title changed to their name and said it would take three days, it took well over a week for them to get it done When that finally got straightened out, I took them to check and the letter from the bank stating that the bank wanted the title within 10 days. Well 10 days past then 12 days past and the bank finally called them. They were told the title would go out the next day or early the next week, I had to put pressure on them and get them to overnight it. Then when I took the title to motor vehicle to register the car, they had forgotten to put a tax stamp on the back. So I had to go back to them to get that filled out . The way they handle their paperwork is totally atrocious. A professional car dealership should not be making silly little mistakes like this. In the beginning, theyre all very friendly and happy to see you, and they will gladly take your money but, when things go wrong and you begin to put a little pressure on them , they start to ignore your texts and phone calls. I did a lot through email and texting so that I would have some evidence. This caused me more stress and cost me more time than it needed to. Have they just done the right thing, and not a bunch of untruths about what they were doing. It couldve gone so much more smoothly. We were going to be customers for our business but, not anymore. Oh, and they dont finance and they dont do any of the documentation, even though they charge a document fee.

  This company is a scam they will take your money. And will not stand behind their words. Worse experience on buying a truck ever. Warning STAY AWAY! Spend your hard working dollars else were.

  Excellent customer service! Bought my f450 from them and I will be back again! ***** helped me throughout the whole process and answered all my questions. Got my truck here in ** extremely fast with a temp tag on the truck so I could drive! I couldn't have asked for a better experience! I will be back again and for sure & be a lifetime customer!! Thanks again to ****************** staff!

  I noticed that their truck listings they post online mention the size of the tires on the truck. I texted their listed phone number (BBB wont let me disclose it but it is the **** listed number) basically informing them they should list the wheel diameter aswell because a 15 on a 37 and a 17 on a 37 are very different but under what they have listed would just be listed as a 37 and the customers cannot tell. They responded with a link to their website and told me that it is listed. (Not understanding what I just told them) I then tried to explain the difference as they responded: are you buying a truck from us and I responded with am I speaking to a robot, are you reading what Im saying? Good day. The same number then called me introducing himself as ****/**** and told me that I was a d**b f**k because I wasnt more clear in my message. That was a 27 second long phone call. Clearly this person is a salesman and has never worked on a vehicle in his life otherwise he would have understood, either way that is not how you talk to people and I believe he is lucky he felt safe behind his phone to say that to me. Good luck to them.

  I bought a trailer from this dealer in January 25,2022. I had left the trailer sitting for a few weeks before it ********* wrapped for my business. I started to use the trailer last week and come to find out both axels of the trailer are completely rotted. Both axels actually fell out of the trailer while we were parking it. I reached out to the dealer and explained to them what had happened. I asked them to simply help me get the trailer towed to the nearest *************. I had been quoted about $300-$400 dollars from towing companies and was looking for them to help. They offered no help and said I purchased the trailer as-is. This dealer was completely negligent and sold an unsafe trailer with 2 completely rotted axels. They claimed that they could not determine if we had damaged the trailer or not even though I provided multiple pictures of the rotted axels and the rotted bolts. I am currently disputing the entire charge with my credit card company as they acted in a negligent manner by stating the trailer was in "perfect condition!" when it ****** had 2 completely rotted axels. We have reached out to them multiple time to try and resolve this and they said they will not help at all. When I told them I would dispute the charge with my CC company, leave a bad review and file a complaint with the BBB they said " I will have my attorney contact you and do the same reviews towards you thx I will post this to my 800k followers as well to show how ***** youre being over YOU or your employees who damaged the trailer YOU bought 3 months ago . Comon be serious ! STAY AWAY!!!!
