I own a 2016 BMW 435i xDrive with only ****** miles. My ****** Kardon amplifier recently failed due to water intrusionan issue BMW has acknowledged in ***************** Bulletin SI B65 21 19. This is a known design flaw affecting amplifiers mounted in the trunk.Despite the low mileage and clear link to a documented engineering defect, BMW of North America has declined to offer any goodwill repair assistance. Furthermore, the dealership (BMW of ********) delayed the submission of my extended warranty claim to Fidelity by two full days, despite telling me it had been submitted earlier. This misrepresentation delayed resolution and eroded my confidence in their ********** seeking a goodwill repair or cost-sharing adjustment from BMW for a $4,000 amplifier failure due to a well-documented design defect.

BMW has had my vehicle in services for 2 months and they have not updated me on the status, and they refuse to return my calls. They assigned a case manager who is worthless and says he has no boss so I cannot speak with his supervisor. I want my contract voided so I can buy a better car from a better car maker.

AC compressor in my i3 failed TWICE. Now, they want me to pay $9k to have it replaced. Is it too much to ask that their parts are built with any longevity in mind? This is just plain wrong.

My BMW X7 car keys got deprogrammed while on a trip in ******. I got my car service while still under warranty- I contacted BMW to get refunded. I was told I should have had the car towed in the *** to avoid the charges. Therefore- I will not be reimbursed. This is so ridiculous and bad

I think that the BMW of *********, ** is ridiculous. They just charged me **$705.81 for a replacement key that costs $497.57 in ******, **. And when I tried to cancel the order 30 minutes after my husband placed it, they wouldn't cancel it; they said the key was already being made! Seriously?!

I purchased a 2023 s1000rr . I have 2000 miles on it currently. I baby it and keep it indoors on a stand. It just began leaking oil from output shaft / chain sprocket shaft.I am unbelievable disappointed and abundantly regretful with my choice to choose BMW. I've chosen ***** for the previous decade. I've purchased brand new and driven the Hondas 10's of thousands of miles without any issue whatsoever. Here I am with a $30,000.00 purchase of a brand that claims superior durability. Sadly, completely false. I've done some research and mechanical failure/malfunction is more common than not. Its a terrible problem to have @ 2k miles having paid a premium. I'm assuming it will be covered & repaired or replaced under warranty but, I will be without a motorcycle, (extremely inconvenient) loss of time.( have to trailer transport 2 hours away for services).Worst of all, loss of ****************** in my motorcycle. Extremely damaging to my passion for riding & mental health. To whomever reading this, if you have a brand or brands that have been dependable, do not change for a name, its not worth it financially or in any other way

I am writing to express my deep dissatisfaction with the recent experience I have had with my BMW vehicle. I own a 328ix 2011 equipped with the N52 engine, and I have encountered a significant issue with the camshaft VANOS system. The problem arose when the camshaft VANOS unit failed the functionality, causing severe engine issues and performance degradation. Upon consulting with a certified BMW technician, I was informed that this issue is not uncommon in N52 engines and is often attributed to a design flaw in the camshaft VANOS system. What troubles me further is the lack of support from BMW regarding the expenses incurred for repairing this issue quote $8000. Despite being a loyal BMW customer and diligently adhering to the recommended maintenance schedule, I find it unacceptable that BMW does not cover the expenses associated with resolving a problem that stems from a known issue with the vehicle's design. The cost of repairing the camshaft VANOS unit has been substantial, and I am deeply disappointed by BMW's unwillingness to take responsibility for this defect. As a customer who values quality and reliability, I expect BMW to stand behind its products and provide adequate support when issues arise, especially ones that are directly related to design flaws. I urge BMW to reconsider its stance on this matter and take appropriate measures to address the camshaft VANOS issue in N52 engines. Providing financial assistance or offering a warranty extension for affected vehicles would demonstrate BMW's commitment to customer satisfaction and uphold its reputation as a reputable automotive manufacturer.

Bmw of *********************** ******* at ************************************************************************** overcharged me for incompetence and mechanics that seemed to just throw a guess here or there at such a simple solution. I sent this car in for a coolant leak which was repaired for a mere $5000! Once picked up and driven upon 20 miles home from the repair shop.. all seemed ok .. car rode smooth but the ac would not function on the high setting. ONE WEEK later the car gets a MALFUNCTION in powertrain message.. car starts sputtering or misfiring.. something that never happened.. so bmw tells me its under warranty & to send it back . I get it towed back to bmw and they charge me $2000 for a fuel pump .. days after installation the mechanic tells me that did not work .. HE THINKS ITS THE **** INJECTORS.. all 8 needs to be replaced for a whopping total of $8500! Plus $2000 for the fuel pump already installed !! And when asked if he assured this would make my vehicle run perfect he replied Sir I do not know exacting WHAT ?!! I mean this is like a doctor who tells a patient that He thinks hes cutting in the right place .. lets hope for the best I MEAN who operates on vehicles.. charges the prices of a new vehicle and is uncertain about the diagnosis & repair performed??!! This particular company robbed me and I want a refund or a price deduction at least on what I owe now which is $2000 for a $300 fuel pump ! I demand that someone of authority contact me as soon as possible! Upon receiving my car after the ac leak was repaired .. fluid was still in view and in puddles .. something that should of been cleaned upon repair for $5000!! The mechanics at this place are crooks .. untrustworthy.. they take your vehicle.. install parts without verification of the owner .. give you a bill and tell you your problem is still not fixed ! I mean if I send a BMW to BMW how in the world can the certified mechanics there be so aloof? I want a refund in full or a price deduction on my bill

08/15/2022 with ****** miles, I purchased "certified new" 540i xDrive from BMW of ***********, ** 01/09/2023 - at ****** miles, I *******************, as alerted by vehicle for oil change (performed by BMW of ***********, **)-they also performed safety check of vehicle 01/25/2024 - at ****** miles *******************, as alerted by vehicle for oil change (performed by Circle BMW) - as owner, I declined service of "recommended, brake fluid service."Sometime later, I was informed that my front brakes were worn to 0MM, however, there was no notification from the vehicle and the cost of $1469.00.Thats **** miles driven from the safety check, and ************************************************** 17 months. Why did the vehicle did not alert me of this severe issue (metal to metal brakes), either theres an issue with this particular models brakes or I was a allegedly scammed.I contacted BMW ***, they sided with the dealerships, saying my miles (***** over the ****** miles) and that the sensors had worked in the rear brakes.note: I also own a 2014 BMW 328i xDrive (purchased new) with 63k miles and yet to replace brakes and the note the vehicle indicates that the suggested front brake replacement is at ****** miles.
