    On 02/18/24 I bought a 72 inches vanity with marble countertop from *********** My contractor installed the vanity and when he opened the countertop box to install it, he realized that the item was broken. I contacted ********** several times and they told me to contact the manufacturer Alya Bath because they couldn't get a hold of the company. ********** and I have tried to call the company for over a week and no one answers the phone or returns my calls. The email address that I have ****************************** doesn't work, my emails are returned. Alya Bath is not taking responsibility for the broken item that they delivered. I would like for Alya Bath to exchange the countertop, pick up the broken countertop, or refund my money.

    Hello,

    We received an email from directly end user on 03/07/24 and the very next day we spoke with him over the phone and mentioned that a replacement part or vanity could not be provided since this vanity is out of stock and discontinued. We also mentioned in the same conversation that all refund related questions needed to be discussed directly with **********s customer service since the seller is **********. 

    As Alya Bath, we are a wholesale company and we do not sell our products to retail. As was expressed by the end user in this complaint, he is technically **********s customer.Please also note that all ********** orders are being shipped to end users by **********'s carriers. If there is damage that occurred in transit, we must receive a request from **********'s customer service team via email to our ********************************** .
